Starting his career in 1978, Rick began conducting makeup clinics in luxury salons around the country. During this time, he also managed to successfully launch several top-tier makeup lines for Saks Fifth Avenue and Bloomingdale's. Since then, he has continued to work as a makeup artist and creative consultant for major fashion and beauty companies worldwide.

Apply eyeliner in a dark shade to the base of your lashes across the top lid, then smudge it to make smoky. Next-apply a coordinating eyeshadow over the liner, then apply mascara. Leave the lower lash line clean (no liner or mascara) to help draw attention up and away from imperfection under the eyes!
