How To Apply Lipliner

Apply liner along the bow of the upper
lip. In an arching motion from center of
lip to corner, draw outward by pivoting
hand (as opposed to moving the pencil).

Holding lip pencil, anchor the knuckle
of your pinky on chin for balance.

On the lower lip, draw a horizontal line in the center of
the lip. Keep hand anchored on chin and move the pencil
to extend the line outwards, following the lip shape.

Repeat on the other side.

Apply your favorite lipcolor.
