1. Apply Perfectionist Correcting Concentrate for Lip Lines around (not on) lips.

2. Fill in lips with Artist's Lip Pencil in Natural Writer to create a pale base that will best show off lip color.

3. Choose another shade of Artist's Lip Pencil that complements your lipstick, and line and fill in lips.

4. Follow with Pure Color Long Lasting Lipstick and blend.

5. Add Pure Color Gloss to the center of the top and bottom lips for an extra plump look.
