Create the illusion of fuller lips. Slightly extend Artist's Lip Pencil in Natural Writer over the edge of your lips. Blend in, but not completely. Use another shade of Artist's Lip Pencil to fill in lips, then add a complimentary lip color. Finish with Pure Color Crystal Gloss on the center of upper and lower lips for a plump look.
