ESTÉE LAUDER COLLECTIBLE COMPACTS
Mrs. Estée Lauder, fragrance innovator and artist, introduced her first solid perfume compact collection in 1967.

Since then, each new year has brought a new collection of magnificent hand-crafted compacts filled with Estée Lauder solid perfumes and pressed powder.

Estée Lauder collectible compacts are hand-crafted by a team of master craftsmen schooled in the fine art of jewelry making.

Each compact design begins as a solid block of pewter, which is sculpted into a master-an exact likeness of the approved pattern.

From the master, a mold is created, and molten metal is poured into the mold to create a casting.

Castings are hand-cleaned and polished with three different buffing wheels, refining the surface to a high luster.

Then they are plated, a three-step process of dipping into copper, nickel and rhodium or gold. This ensures that each tiny work of art will retain its durability and glossy finish throughout its lifetime.

The final compacts are hand-assembled, enameled and many are hand-set with Austrian crystal stones-sometimes as many as four hundred. Each compact is carefully inspected before being filled with solid perfume or pressed powder.

It is no wonder these rare, exquisite pieces enjoy a worldwide following among collectors.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
If you are not happy with your purchase, we will be happy to accept a return or exchange. Please follow the steps below.

STEP ONE

• Please fill out the Return Merchandise/ Exchange section on the back of the invoice (enclosed in your original order) and place it inside the return package.
• If you are making an exchange and the total cost of your exchange is more than the amount of your return, please include your payment information on the back of the invoice.
• If you are returning or exchanging a gift, please check the box marked "Gift Return" on the back of the invoice.

• Make a copy of the completed invoice for your records.

• Affix the return label provided with the product on the outside of the return package.

• For your protection and to ensure prompt delivery, we recommend that you send your return via UPS or insured Parcel Post.

• We're sorry, return shipping fees are not refundable. In the case of damaged items, please refer to Damaged Items.
• Returns and exchanges will be processed promptly and will be shipped via standard ground shipping. Processing and transit time for exchange packages is usually 7-10 business days from the time the exchange is received. Business days are from Monday to Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. An email will be sent to confirm receipt and processing of your return or exchange request.
