Please note: Orders placed with Alipay, Afterpay, eGift cards will be charged at the time of order placement. Orders placed with other payment methods will be charged at the time the order ships.
Order Processing, Shipping & Delivery
Standard Shipping:
Orders shipped via Standard Shipping are delivered within 5-7 business days from the order's ship date. Most standard orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days, depending on product availability. Please note that orders with engraving or gift wrap may require an additional 1–2 business days for processing. Orders destined for P.O. Boxes and known freight forwarders will be delivered within 6-14 business days of the order's ship date. Please note: All orders are processed & shipped on business days, excluding federal holidays in the United States.
2nd Day Shipping:
Orders shipped via 2nd Day Shipping are delivered within 2-3 business days from the order's ship date. 2nd Day orders placed by 2PM EST will be processed and shipped the same day, depending on product availability. Orders placed after 2PM EST will be processed and shipped the next business day, depending on product availability. Please note: All orders are processed & shipped on business days, excluding federal holidays in the United States orders destined for P.O. Boxes are not eligible for 2nd Day Shipping.
Overnight Shipping:
Orders shipped via Overnight Shipping are delivered within 1 business day from the order's ship date. Overnight orders placed by 2PM EST will be processed and shipped the same day, depending on product availability. Orders placed after 2PM EST will be processed and shipped the next business day, depending on product availability. Please note: All orders are processed & shipped on business days, excluding federal holidays in the United States. Orders destined for P.O. Boxes are not eligible for Overnight Shipping.

Payment Authorization
All purchases are subject to bank authorization prior to processing. Only authorized purchases will be processed and shipped.
Payment Authorization Holds
When placing an order using a credit card or debit card, two transactions will be posted to your account.
- 1. The issuing bank for your payment card will place a hold on the funds in your account in the amount of your purchase when an order is authorized. This action reserves the funds for the pending charge
- 2. You will subsequently be charged for the order which removes the funds from your account. The charge may vary from the amount of the authorization hold if the order is altered or cancelled prior to shipment
If an order is cancelled, the authorization hold will be removed by the issuing bank. For details on the removal of authorization holds, please contact the issuing bank’s customer service. Because this process is specific to each bank, we regret that we cannot provide assistance with the removal of authorization holds.
Maximum Purchase Policy
We must limit orders to eight of any single item. In addition, we must also limit orders to no more than three (3) orders per customer per day. Order Status
Check the status of your most recent orders at Track My Order. Simply enter your order number for the latest available tracking information.
If you do not have your order number, you can sign into your Account and click “Order History” to view your orders.
*Please note: some carriers may not have tracking information available for up to 24 business hours after the order is shipped. All orders are processed & shipped on business days, excluding federal holidays in the United States.
Order Cancellations
NEED TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER?
If your order was placed less than 60 minutes ago and you would like to cancel, please log into your account and select the order you would like to cancel or you can cancel via the link in your order confirmation email. If the cancellation is successful, you will receive a confirmation email.
If you would like to change any part of your order, the most efficient way to resolve this would be to cancel your order and then place a new order with your preferred payment method/products/shipping address.
WHY DID MY ORDER CANCEL?
Occasionally, orders or parts of an order are cancelled by our system for various reasons. Some reasons are:
- • Item(s) no longer available.
- • Difficulty in processing payment information.
- • Cannot ship to address provided.
- • A duplicate order was placed.
- • Cancelled due to a customer request.
If your order is cancelled, you will receive an email notice to explain the reason for the cancellation. You will not be billed for any cancelled items. Pre-Orders
Pre-Order is the ability to reserve a product prior to the date on which it becomes available for immediate purchase on www.esteelauder.com. When you purchase a Pre-Order item, we will provide an estimated ship date for that item on your order confirmation email; this date is also visible in the Order History section of your account. Pre-Order items may ship separately from other items in your order, and you will receive a shipping confirmation email when the shipment occurs. If we are unable to ship your product by the estimated ship date, we will provide you with notice and you will have an option to cancel.
Estée Lauder does not charge your credit or debit card until your item(s) has shipped. However, prior to shipment, your debit or credit card statement may show an “authorization hold,” which may look similar to a deduction from your account. These funds have not been deducted but are instead being reserved within your account to ensure that your order can be processed. The authorization hold will typically last from three to seven days, depending on the policy of your bank or card issuer.
